Phd Programs Online Applicants for Fellowships must meet the following criteria:
-Become a maximum age of 30 years on December 31, year of application;
-Holding a Masters degree in natural science;
-Be nationals of developing countries (other than India);
-Provide an official Letter of Acceptance from the department of Indian Association for Cultivation of Science (IACS);
-Provide evidence of proficiency in English.
